Bistecca Florentina

  1. Black Onyx Striploin 4Cm
  2. Lemon
  3. Vein Cherry Tomato
  4. Rosemarry
  5. Garlic
  6. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  7. Light Olive Oil

Serving 1-3 Person

  • Preheat cast iron with high heat.
  • Season beef with kosher salt & brush with light olive oil.
  • Put the beef into cast iron.
  • Flip each side for every 30 seconds for 6 minutes long.
  • While cook the meat, add vein cherry tomato, garlic, rosemarry, lemon.
  • Do not flip cherry tomato.
  • Take out the meat and rest fo 5-7 minutes long.
  • Carving meat 2cm, put cherry tomato, lemon, garlic at a side
