Cooking Instruction :
- Preheat cast iron with high heat.
- Season beef with kosher salt & brush with light olive oil.
- Put the beef into cast iron.
- Flip each side for every 30 seconds for 6 minutes long.
- While cook the meat, add vein cherry tomato, garlic, rosemarry, lemon.
- Do not flip cherry tomato.
- Take out the meat and rest fo 5-7 minutes long.
- Carving meat 2cm, put cherry tomato, lemon, garlic at a side
