Tenderloin Steak with Saute Vegetables

  1. Tenderloin 350 gr in thick steak cut
  2. Kosher Salt to taste
  3. Black pepper to taste
  4. Oil 1 tbsp
  5. Carrot
  6. Green bean
  7. Kitchen twine

Serving 1 Person


  • Preheat the oven to 150C0
  • Tie a beef with kitchen twine 
  • Rub salt & pepper and leave for 3-5 minutes
  • Pre heat pan fry/skillet, bring in to smokes.
  • Put the beef, flip each side every 2 minutes (depends with doneness)
  • Put thyme and garlic & butter on top of beef
  • Put the beef with the skillet to oven, about around 7-8 minutes.
  • While the beef in the oven, bring boil the water and poach the vegetables. Set a side and saute with oil salt & pepper.
  • Take out the beef and rest for 2 minutes, cut into slice.
  • Ready to serve.
