Tenderloin Steak with Saute Vegetables
Tenderloin 350 gr in thick steak cut
Kosher Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Serving 1 Person
Cooking Instruction :
Preheat the oven to 150C0
Tie a beef with kitchen twine
Rub salt & pepper and leave for 3-5 minutes
Pre heat pan fry/skillet, bring in to smokes.
Put the beef, flip each side every 2 minutes (depends with doneness)
Put thyme and garlic & butter on top of beef
Put the beef with the skillet to oven, about around 7-8 minutes.
While the beef in the oven, bring boil the water and poach the vegetables. Set a side and saute with oil salt & pepper.
Take out the beef and rest for 2 minutes, cut into slice.
Ready to serve.
