Wagyu Ochazuke

  1. Wagyu Striploin Shabu Shabu 2mm Cut
  2. Japonica Rice
  3. Furikake
  4. Sliced Nori
  5. Leeks
  6. Hot Dashi Stock

Serving 1 Person

  • Put japaonica rice in a bowl.
  • Add Furikake & Nori over the rice.
  • Cover with shabu shabu beef, garnish with leeks.
  • Pour hot dashi over the beef.
  • Ready to serve.
