Wagyu Sando (wagyu sandwich)

  1. Wagyu Striploin  200 gr in trimmed fat
  2. Kosher salt to taste
  3. Black pepper to taste
  4. Flour
  5. 1 egg
  6. Panko flour
  7. Water

Serving 1 Person


  • Pre heat oil for deep frying to 125oC
  • Put the beef, sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  • Mix 3 tbsp flour with egg and small amount water, mix well and seasoning (egg batter)
  • Put the beef into flour to dusting the beef.
  • Put the beef to egg batter, cover all the surface.
  • Last cover with panko bread flour.
  • Deep fry the beef for about 3 minutes.
  • While frying the beef, toast the bread into golden brown.
  • Spread the bread with tonkatsu sauce and put the beef and cover with bread.
  • Cut the sandwich into cube cut.
  • Ready to serve.
