Wagyu Steak Teppanyaki

  1. Wagyu Ribeye  200 gr in steak cut
  2. Kosher Salt to taste
  3. Black pepper to taste
  4. Wagyu Fat
  5. Slice Garlic
  6. Long thinly slice leeks

Serving 1 Person

 

  • Pre heat pan fry/skillet.
  • Put the beef, sprinkle with salt & pepper flip once and let rest
  • Slice garlic with mandoline or small knife into thinly slice, fry slice garlic into crispy for garnish
  • Cut The beef into cube.
  • Ready to serve.
