Cooking Instruction :
Put sauce on the pan fry.
Simmer the sauce to slightly bubbling.
Add beef into the pain.
While the beef is cooking, prepare cooked japonica rice & serve in the small bowl.
Take the beef and put on top of the cooked rice.
Put organic egg yolk & Garnish with tobiko caviar.
